RETURN OF GOODS

You can return or exchange the product within 14 days.

The returned item must be unworn, without losing its merchandise appearance and with the original tags.

Products whose measurements have been adjusted according to personal needs cannot be exchanged or returned in accordance with the procedure established by law.

The buyer is responsible for the safe return of the product. Returned items must be packaged in a secure package for transportation. If the returned item gets lost in the parcel terminals, all legal matters are decided by the buyer himself.

Return costs are paid by the buyer, except in cases where the product is returned due to poor product quality.
